At RockTheGym, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a 14-day return policy. Please read the terms below for more information about returns.
1. Time Frame for Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the items must be:
- Unused, and in original condition.
- In the original packaging (if applicable).
- Free of any damage, stains, or signs of wear.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet these conditions.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us via email at [email protected]. In your email, include:
- Your order number and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- A brief description of why you would like to return the product.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive the returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with the following:
- A description of the issue and photos of the damaged/defective item.
- Your order number.
We will offer a replacement for any damaged or defective items. If a replacement is unavailable, we will provide a full refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items or clearance items.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Hygiene products, including but not limited to opened health and fitness items.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please follow our return process for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
